The world we live in today provides poor incentives for kids to live healthfully.

More than a tenth of caloric intake in kids comes from sugar-sweetened beverages. More than a third of children are now overweight or obese. Out of 100 current smokers, about 88 of them started before age 18.

Can we create a world with the right incentives that is fun as well?
